Hi, I'm Fouzhan, Founder of F8 Wellbeing.

My journey into health optimisation has been anything but conventional. With a background in Biomedical Sciences and Clinical Drug Development, I began my career in the Pharmaceutical industry, driven by a genuine desire to help people live healthier lives.

Yet despite understanding the science of health, I found myself battling anxiety, depression, autoimmune disease, and fluctuating weight that deeply affected my confidence. I became increasingly aware that much of healthcare focused on treating disease rather than preventing it, with little attention given to the emotional, environmental, and lifestyle factors that shape our wellbeing. Intuitively, I felt my environment was shaping my reality, so I eventually decided to retrain as a Coach, combining my scientific background with a more integrated approach to support individuals and organisations through tailored wellbeing programmes. In my own life, nutrition and exercise transformed my physical health, but they weren't enough to heal the deeper emotional patterns I carried. Despite therapy and growing self-awareness, I still felt stuck, never feeling quite good enough to be seen.

Afraid to ever leave my comfort zone, life had other plans. The universe challenged me through sudden grief, a near-death experience, betrayal, and ultimately led me to several transformative plant medicine journeys that forced me to question everything I believed about healing. For a while, I saw these experiences as obstacles. But with time and reflection, I realised they were some of my greatest teachers. They taught me that life doesn't happen to us. It happens for us. Every challenge carries a lesson, every setback an invitation to grow, and every ending creates space for a new beginning.

It was through these experiences that I realised true health isn't something we achieve by treating symptoms alone. It comes from nurturing the whole person: Mind, Body and Spirit. I had often heard people speak about this philosophy, but today, I live to embody it.

For many years, I have been a student of human health, immersing myself in longevity science, functional medicine, nervous system regulation, breathwork, meditation, quantum physics, energy healing, and ancient wisdom. I’ve read relentlessly, listened to numerous health podcasts, completed courses, attended conferences, and sought out teachers from both scientific and spiritual traditions. Alongside this personal journey, I built my career with pioneering health technology and longevity companies developing personalised health optimisation platforms, diagnostics, and evidence-based supplements. Over time, my search for healing evolved into a lifelong mission to understand what it truly means to optimise human health.

Today, I combine over a decade of experience across healthcare, health tech, nutraceuticals, and longevity medicine, working as a Biohacking Consultant & Breathwork Coach. My purpose has always remained the same: helping people live healthier lives by extending healthspan.

To me, health optimisation isn't about chasing trends or relying on gadgets. It's the art and science of reconnecting with your body through intuition, ancient wisdom, modern diagnostics, and emerging technologies to optimise health, prevent disease, and unlock your fullest potential.
